Privacy Policy
Service Technologies, Inc. (ServiceHub)
Version Date: July 28, 2026
Service Technologies, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of the people who use our website and platform located at servicehubcrm.com, servicehub.live, and servicetechnologies.com, including any related media forms, media channels, mobile website, mobile application, or application programming interfaces (APIs) connected to them (together, the “Website” and “Platform”). ServiceHub is a business-to-business software platform for furniture post-sale operations, including warranty claims, field service, delivery, and virtual visits. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it. Changes to this Privacy Policy are covered at the end of this document. The current version always applies each time you use the Website or Platform, so check the date at the top and review any changes since your last visit.
The Website and Platform are hosted in the United States and are subject to U.S. state and federal law. If you access them from another country, you are sending your personal information to us in the United States, and by using them you consent to that transfer and to the use of your information as described here.
By using or accessing the Website or Platform, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Our privacy responsibilities depend on how the information reaches us.
When we act as a controller. For information about our own website visitors, account holders, prospects, and business contacts, we decide how and why the information is used. This Privacy Policy governs that information.
When we act as a processor. Our business customers (for example, service contractors, retailers, and manufacturers) use the Platform to manage their own operations. In doing so, they load data into ServiceHub, which may include personal information about their employees, technicians, and end customers. We process that data on our customers’ behalf and under our agreements with them. For that data, our customer is the controller and its own privacy policy applies. If you are an end customer or employee of one of our business customers and you have a request about your data, please contact that business directly. We will support them in responding.
We collect the information you provide when you register for an account, request a demo or sandbox access, contact sales or support, subscribe to updates, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your name, business email address, phone number, company name, job title, and account login credentials. If you enter into a paid agreement, we collect billing and payment details, which are handled by our payment processor.
We automatically collect technical and usage information when you use the Website and Platform. This includes your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages and features used, timestamps, and referring pages. On the Platform we also log account activity, API usage, and system events for security, billing, and performance.
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Website and Platform are used. We may use web beacons in pages and emails to measure views and opens. We may use third-party analytics vendors, including Google, which use cookies to analyze usage. If you do not want cookies, you can set your browser to refuse them, though some features may not work properly. You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
As a controller, we use the information we hold to:
As a processor, we use customer data only to provide the Platform and its features to our business customer, as directed by that customer and our agreement with them, and as needed to secure and support the service.
The Platform includes AI-assisted features that help our business customers process their work, such as reviewing claims, triaging and reviewing work orders, and drafting communications. These features operate on the data our customers put into the Platform, and they process that data to deliver the feature for that customer. Where AI features rely on third-party AI service providers, those providers process the data on our behalf and under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Human review is applied to consequential decisions where our customer’s configuration or our design calls for it. AI output can contain errors and is not a substitute for professional judgment.
We share information only in the following situations:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data loaded into the Platform to build or improve products for anyone other than that customer, except in aggregated or de-identified form that cannot reasonably be linked to a person.
You can review or update your account information in your account settings or by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. We may still send account, security, and administrative messages.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and port your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or of processing for targeted advertising or profiling. These include rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), and similar state laws. To exercise these rights over information for which we are the controller, contact us at info@servicetechnologies.com. We may verify your request using the information associated with your account.
If your request concerns data we process on behalf of a business customer, please contact that customer. We will assist them in responding as required by our agreement and applicable law.
As a controller, we keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. As a processor, we retain customer data for as long as the customer’s agreement requires and delete or return it after the agreement ends, subject to legal retention obligations.
We use reasonable electronic, personnel, and physical measures to protect information from loss, theft, alteration, and misuse, including access controls, encryption in transit, and logging. No security measure is perfect, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
The Platform is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 13 through the Website. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
Most browsers offer a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) setting. The Website does not currently respond to DNT signals.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Please check this page regularly. We may notify account holders of material changes by email or through the Platform.
